I wanted to inform you that:
· I am now a member Farm and Home Real Estate Team in Fayetteville, Tennessee. I live in the Kelso/Fayetteville area and am a member of the Southern Middle Tennessee Board of Realtors and Tennessee MLS- RealTracs.net. (Public site is Realtracs.com)
· I have been licensed in Tennessee for over 3 years. I have had listings there that never sold, and in fact was never even shown by a Tennessee agent. In my opinion, the property not being listed in RealTracs is clearly the reason it was not being shown. This is one reason for my move in Tennessee.
· I welcome your referrals for buyers and sellers. If you are already licensed in Tennessee and have or may obtain listings, I will be very happy to work with you on a co-brokerage arrangement whereby I could also put the property in the Tennessee equivalent to NALMLS (RealTracs.net, RealTracs.com Public site.) This arrangement would be a win/win deal.
· I participate fully in the Tennessee Real Estate Education programs and maintain full CE credits. As a matter of fact, I have a surplus of Tennessee CE credits.
· I also intend to get my broker’s license in Tennessee by summer.
· I have attended two Tennessee Real Estate Commission meetings, and believe me, it has given me new insight. The Tennessee Real Estate Commission is well known for being extremely more discipline-oriented than the Alabama Commission, many times with fines and other judgments up to 10 times more severe.
· I promise you I will use all my skill and knowledge to lead you and your customer/client down a path that gets the results you seek, not troubles.
The long and the short of this announcement is to assure you that your customer/client, whether referred or in co-brokerage, will be well taken care of. Furthermore, if he is a current buyer looking for property to buy and decides to return to the Alabama market, my service will stop at the State Line and he will be your customer/client once again.
